Shaw Murder Appeal Denied

A Tyrone man serving a life sentence for a murder seven years ago will not get an appeal.  The State Supreme Court rejected the appeal of Nathan Shaw.  Shaw was convicted for the murder of six year old Jared Klein in the home of the boy's mother.  He was sentenced to life without parole plus twenty four years for the child's death.
