A Judge has given Penn State President Graham Spanier the green light to travel but only within the United States. Spanier must give five days notice before he can travel outside the state. He was also ordered not to have contact with current and past members of the Board Trustees. Spanier is facing charges of trying to cover the Jerry Sandusky child abuse scandal.
