State Farm Insurance will not cover the costs of Jerry Sandusky's defense.  The Sandusky's had a homeowner's policy with the company but they claimed in court documents that the policy did not cover Sandusky's defense in criminal or civil cases.   According to the Centre Daily Times Sandusky recently withdrew his claims against the company.  Both parties signed a decree releasing State Farm from any obligation.
