The NCAA has decided to bank 12 million dollars in fines paid by Penn State University as a result of the Jerry Sandusky scandal. Court documents show that the association won't spend the money in the immediate future. You may recall State Senator Jake Corman sued the NCAA asking a Judge to require it to spend the fine money on child abuse prevention programs in Pennsylvania only. The NCAA says Corman's Office will receive two month's notice before any money is spent. That lawsuit is on hold for now,
