There are hundreds of people bearing the blistering cold Tuesday evening to remember Joe Paterno.  A vigil was held in downtown State College in front of the mural painted on Heister Street.  Paterno is also a part of that mural.  409 illuminated bags were placed on the ground to remember Paterno's 409 wins.
