State Police are looking for anyone who was traveling along Interstate 99 in either direction around three forty five that morning.  Centre County Crimestoppers is offering a one thousand dollar reward for information that leads to an arrest.  A reward is now being offered for anyone with information about a deadly hit and run accident in Centre County.  Police say Sherry Houtz was killed when a car hit her along Interstate 99 last Tuesday in College Township.  Since then police say they have gotten little information about who may have hit her.
