An inmate at Laurel Highlands Prison is facing one to five years in the beating death of a fellow inmate.  Mark Farabaugh pled guilty in December to involuntary manslaughter in the death of Keith Williams.  Inmates say they saw Farabaugh punching Williams over food.  He was serving time for fleeing Police and DUI charges.  Williams was incarcerated on rape charges.
