A Federal Judge ruling the Second Mile's insurer is not responsible for Jerry Sandusky's legal bills.  That�s according to the Centre Daily Times.  The Judge says though Sandusky may have met his victims through the Second Mile, his abuse of children was personal in nature and performed in his individual capacity.
