Penn State is making progress on requirements implemented as part of the NCAA's sanctions.  That's according to report just released by Penn State.  The 30 page report describes the work University Officials have completed since December.  That includes more training for employees and a policy that outlines procedures for reporting suspicions of wrongdoing.
