An Attorney for Penn State asked a Judge Monday to throw out the whistleblower and defamation case filed by former Assistant Football Coach Mike McQueary claiming there are no grounds to the accusations and that they are based on an opinion made by former Penn State President Graham Spanier.  McQueary's Attorneys say he was abandoned by Penn State when he cooperated with the Grand Jury investigation and Sandusky trial.  A ruling isn't expected until late April.
