The road to recovery following last week's massive flooding continues in Jefferson and Clearfield Counties.  The American Red Cross will have a service delivery site on hand from 10am to 7pm at the Reynoldsville Fire Department throughout the week.  The families can meet with staff to evaluate their damages and pick up food and clean up supplies....

Two people arrested on drug charges in Johnstown's Moxham neighborhood.  According to the criminal complaint- undercover Cambria County Drug Task Force officers Bought crack cocaine from Kayla Yoder.  They arrested her and the man in her car, Collie Mickens....

Attorney General Kathleen Kane says she is monitoring the merger between Altoona Regional and UPMC.  Kane said in a news release that she has no immediate objections to the merger but wants to keep an eye on it to make sure there are no negative impacts on patient care.  There are some concerns because UPMC will stop accepting Highmark Insurance at Pittsburgh area hospitals soon.  Many people in Blair County are insured through Highmark.  UPMC has promised to maintain Highmark members access to the Altoona Hospital but nothing has been put in writing yet.  The hospital issues a statement this afternoon saying it appreciates the investigation....
