There was a big arrest made in Blair County on Tuesday. The District Attorney's office announced the man they say is behind the threats against the Altoona Water Authority to contaminate the water supply was brought into custody. Twenty three year old Adam Hardin walked out of his arraignment Tuesday afternoon on eleven felony charges for his involvement in a series of threats to the Hollidaysburg area last month. Terry Tomasetti the Commissioner says "it is a frustrating and disappointing situation but when you are dealing with characters like this you have to move quickly and I think that we did effectively." The Police say Hardin used his extensive training to hack a computer in the law library of the Blair County Prison and email a series of threats to local media outlets.
