There was a big arrest made in Blair County on Tuesday.  The District Attorney's office announced the man they say is behind the threats against the Altoona Water Authority to contaminate the water supply was brought into custody.  Twenty three year old Adam Hardin walked out of his arraignment Tuesday afternoon on eleven felony charges for his involvement in a series of threats to the Hollidaysburg area last month.  Terry Tomasetti the Commissioner says "it is a frustrating and disappointing situation but when you are dealing with characters like this you have to move quickly and I think that we did effectively."  The Police say Hardin used his extensive training to hack a computer in the law library of the Blair County Prison and email a series of threats to local media outlets....

We know now the name of the woman killed in a violent two vehicle crash on Monday evening on Route 219 in Cambria County.  Police say this car was going the wrong way on Route 219 when it collided head on with a pickup truck.  Cambria County First Deputy Coroner Pete Long says 71 year old Nancy Conner of Ebensburg was behind the wheel when she crashed her car into the truck.  The other driver is in the hospital in serious condition.  Two children in the truck were hurt but will be okay....

The Smith Furniture store in Blair county collecting items this year to being the holidays to troops overseas. This year they were assigned 475 troops, the largest brigade of troops in its history.  Organizers say their main goal is to provide food, games, and other donations to troops in time for the holidays.
