It happened at Rebel Towing Company. The Police stormed the business and house arresting the owner and an employee. The men are both in jail Wednesday night accused of selling heroin. Thirty three year old John Bowes, the owner of Rebel Towing in Philipsburg is facing more than twenty drug felonies. And forty two year old Walter Wagner Junior, an employee of Rebel Towing is facing three counts. The State Police raided the towing business along Curve Road and their home along Walton Street Tuesday afternoon arresting both men. The investigation started in December when the Police bought dozens of bags of heroin using informants wearing wire tape and undercover officers.
