A man is accused of pulling a knife on his roommate at Penn State over a fight about his X-Box. Police say Ryland Smith and the victim were watching Netflix on Smith's X-Box inside Beaver Hall along University Drive. When it stopped working Smith told Police his roommate started to tease him. Smith admitted to pulling out a knife and threatening the man. Smith is in jail on 200 thousand dollars bail.... A Russian National accused of building bombs to blow things up has taken a plea deal. Vladislav Miftkhov was facing a slew of Federal charges after authorities found explosive materials including homemade bombs inside his Altoona apartment in January. Thursday he plead guilty to the most serious offense, manufacturing. Vladislaw Miftakhov has spent his last 6 months in the Cambria County Prison after Police were called to his Altoona apartment in January for a marijuana growing operation and discovered much more. Inside a suitcase in his bedroom investigators say Miftakhov had two homemade bombs and several other explosive materials. He was charged by the Federal Government. Miftakhov's Attorney has contended from day one that he never meant to harm anyone. Miftakhov himself allegedly told authorities he wanted to just blow things up. On Thursday he pleaded guilty to the most serious charge that could put him in Federal Prison for up to 10 years. But because he took responsibility admitting his actions so quickly the Government is only recommending a sentence of 18 to 24 months in prison.... The search continues for a woman in Centre County who has not been seen since May 15th. Ferguson Township Police say Jennifer Cahill-Shadle was last seen walking outside a Walmart Plaza with a black shoulder bag.
