Many people just decided to stay off the roads. In fact plow trucks had not even made it out to Five Points Road in Washington Township around noon. Many areas of Indiana County were digging out from more than 15 inches of snow. By this afternoon major roads across the County were plowed but many back roads are still snow covered.
