A house in Elk County that was purposely set on fire in August is being considered a public nuisance.  Johnsonburg Borough Council made the decision during a meeting on Monday.  The house along Church Street caught fire after flames broke out in a nearby garage.  A State Police Fire Marshal ruled the fire was intentionally set and estimated the damage at two hundred thousand dollars.
