Frankenstorm Preperations
10/26/2012

State Emergency Officials say you should have three days worth of supplies on hand at home.  The National Weather Service said this storm could be worse than any we have seen in recent years.  Emergency Management Officials say it's still a bit early to tell but says it's never to early to prepare. Major News Networks are calling it Frankenstorn and Snowtober.  The remnants of Hurricane Sandy mixed with an early winter storm are expected to hit our region next week.  Current models from the National Weather Service in State College show Cambria County receiving around 3 inches of total precipitation.  Somerset County around 5 inches of precipitation.  Whether it comes as snow or rain will depend on the temperatures.
