Hurricane Sandy Storm Video

Heavy rains and strong winds from Hurricane Sandy are hammering the North Carolina coastline. A few people decided to take advantage of the bad weather and went kite surfing. High over the waves and up into the air, winds are gusting up to 45 miles an hour on the Outer Banks where conditions are deteriorating and expected to get worse overnight. It's to impact our region as early as next week.
