Governor Corbett signed off on legislation that could be a key factor in bringing jobs to Centre County.  It will offer companies tax breaks and other incentives for hiring at least 250 employees.  Centre County Leaders are reportedly trying to bring in software giant Oracle which is looking at nationwide expansion plans the law could be a boost to recruitment.
