We spent the day pouring over the Grand Jury presentiment.  One thing we noticed several references to the late Joe Paterno.  When asked about Peterno's involvement in the case, Attorney General Linda Kelly didn't have much to say. Last year when Jerry Sandusky was first arrested Kelly said she thought Joe Paterno's actions were morally wrong but not illegal.
