Graham Spanier, the former Penn State President, is charged with lying to the Grand Jury, conspiracy and child endangerment.  Penn State's "current" President Rodney Erickson says, the school is saddened by this latest chapter in the scandal.  Erickson says he recently spoke with Spanier and quote "exchanged pleasantries."  When we asked Erickson refused to comment on the legal case.
