Congressional sources say Somerset County Congressman Bill Shuster is in store for a big promotion.  Later this month Shuster is expected to be named Chairman of the US House Transportation Committee.  We obtained a copy of the letter Congressman Shuster is circulating to colleagues asking for the job promising to be a team player.  The Congressman's father Bud Shuster once chaired the Transportation Committee and used the position to help finalize construction of Interstate 99 through State College.
