Sandusky's legal team is requesting a two week delay to file briefs regarding Sandusky's appeal.  Attorney Joe Amendola asked for the delay because Sandusky's appeals lawyer recently had a heart attack and underwent open heart surgery.  The main claim in Sandusky's appeal for a new trial is that his lawyers were not given enough time to go through thousands of pages of evidence before the trial began.
