Two high profile Blair County Lawyers are now representing the man police say set an Altoona house on fire killing a three year old boy.  A Judge appointed Thomas Dickey and Steven Passarello to represent Aaron Dishong because prosecutors could seek the death penalty.  Police say Dishong set the South Second Street house on fire in an attempt to kill his ex girlfriend.  Instead three year Darrel Etchison, Jr. was killed and his mother and sister were injured.  A Blair County prosecutor tells us a number of factors are scrutinized before considering the death penalty.  He tells us prosecutors will meet with the victim's family and investigators after next week's preliminary hearing.  We reached out to both defense attorneys for comment on the case but did not hear back
