The hearing in the case against the man accused of killing a Somerset County teenager is delayed until mid January.  Jonathan Beal was brought back to Pennsylvania last week after police say he took off to New Orleans.  Investigators say Beal strangled Justine Jackson and left her body along the Great Allegheny Passage near Meyersdale.  Beal remains in jail without bail.
