State Police say a Huntingdon County sex offender is behind bars accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14 year old girl.
Investigators say the victim’s mother discovered sexual messages between the teen and Max Brooks.
Police say the victim told troopers that she and Brooks also engaged in sexual activity at his residence in Mapleton Borough.
Brooks was arraigned on several charges and is being held on $150 thousand dollars bail.
