Looking ahead to Halloween, State Representative Jim Rigby is partnering with seniors for safe driving, offering a mature driver improvement course.
It’s scheduled to happen Thursday from 9 a.m. To 1:30 p.m. At the Solomon Run Fire Hall in Johnstown.
Rigby says the recent class he and others held in Windber was popular to the point that they felt the need to shedule another course
