Police say a 4 year old boy is dead after falling into a neighbor’s pool last night in Altoona.
Logan Township Police say officers and emergency medical crews were called for a drowning just before 9 on the 2100 Block of 21st Street.
They say the boy was pulled from the pool by neighbors after they say he bypassed a lock system at the home.
They say 911 was immediately called and the boy was taken to UPMC Altoona where he was pronounced dead.
Logan Township Police along with the Blair County Coroner’s office are investigating.
