A Centre County site that is serving as a statewide collection point for relief efforts for the victims of Hurricane Helene.
At this Philipsburg Warehouse, water, food and other items are already piling up as part of the Centre County YMCA Hurricane Relief Collection.
Other YMCA’s across Pennsylvania are also sending contributions, along with money thats being donated to buy specific items of need.
The plan is to send tractor trailers loaded with the donations to North Carolina, later this week
“If everyone gives a little, it makes a difference. This area has been fantastic for the food program, people have stepped up, we have senior citizens coming and helping out.”
