In Clearfield County, officials are reminding seniors they can cool off from 9 a.m. To 2 p.m. Each day at the Presbyterian Church of Clearfield.
Church officials, Mayor Mason Strouse and Mature Resources Area Agency on Aging are inviting senior citizens to cool down in the Senior Center at the Church.
They also say it’s a good opportunity for seniors to socialize with other seniors.
The church is located at 119 North Second Street.
Community members are asked to use the rear entrance off Healey Avenue and press the buzzer to gain entry.
