Crews were called to a multi vehicle crash in Centre County this Afternoon.
Ferguson Township police say around 2, they were dispatched to North Atherton Street, near West Cherry Lane for a crash involving seven vehicles. Which sent an 86 year old woman to the hospital.
Upon further investigation, officials found that the injured woman caused the chain reaction of crashes, when she drove between both Northbound travel lanes striking several vehicles, In turn causing them to strike other vehicles.
The incident is still under investigation.
