A traffic stop in Centre County on Tuesday lead to state police finding and seizing 6 and a half pounds of Cocaine.
Troopers say the stop, happened on Interstate 80.
Troopers say they spotted the car with extremely dark tinted windows driving East in Boggs Township.
Charging documents show the driver, Daniel Torres Frequents Mexico and passenger, Juan Garcia Aguilar lives in the country and claimed to be sight seeing and on vacation.
State police say they were not given permission to search the vehicle, so they called for a K-9 officer to help.
That’s when they found a backpack in the trunk with the Cocaine.
Troopers say the men are being held in Centre County Prison because they could be a flight risk for potential involvement with a drug cartel.
