We also have a update in the stabbing case out of Elk County.
Police say Adric Howell has been charged after stabbing a woman in the head.
According to court reports Howell was under the influence of Meth at the time of the stabbing.
It happened at the Dickson Apartments which are operated by the Elk County Housing Authority.
The condtion of the woman stabbed is still unknown.
